Combined SS304 Shower and Eye/Face Wash — 76/12 L/min

Uni Care Emergency Shower with Eye/Face Wash — Model LSE 7/8 CSS 304 in SS304 Stainless Steel

Overview

  • In high-risk workplaces, fast access to emergency equipment makes the difference between a minor injury and a life-threatening one. The Uni Care LSE 7/8 CSS 304 is designed to deliver immediate decontamination after chemical exposure, hazardous splashes and workplace accidents, combining in a single unit a safety shower that drenches the whole body and an eye/face wash. The station is built entirely in SS304 stainless steel — pipework, shower head, receptor bowl, chain and valves — giving high corrosion resistance and a long service life. The shower is activated by a pull rod with an easy-to-grip triangular handle, delivering at least 76 litres per minute, and the eye/face wash is activated by foot pedal or push plate, delivering at least 12 litres per minute through two spray heads protected by dust covers that open automatically on activation. High-visibility stickers make the station instantly identifiable in an emergency. The station complies with IS 10592:2018, with a design pressure of 6 kg/cm², a hydrostatic test pressure of 10 kg/cm², and 1¼ inch BSPF supply and drain connections. Available through Al-Najma Al-Wataniyah with guaranteed quality and fast delivery across Riyadh, Dammam, and all KSA regions.

Frequently Asked Questions

Q1: What is the difference between an eyewash and an eye/face wash?

  • An eyewash rinses the eyes only at a low flow, while an eye/face wash rinses the eyes and face together at a higher flow. This station is the latter, delivering at least 12 litres per minute, plus a shower that drenches the whole body.

Q2: Where should the station be installed?

  • At a point reachable within about 10 seconds of the hazard, on the same level with no obstructions or closed doors, in a well-lit location marked with a clear sign. Our team can help you plan installation locations.

Q3: What water temperature is appropriate?

  • Tepid water between 20 and 37 °C is recommended, because the casualty needs to rinse for a long time and tepid water encourages them to keep going. In hot climates, insulating the supply line or adding a cooling system is advised to keep within this range.

Q4: How is the station kept ready?

  • By activating it weekly for a few minutes to confirm flow and refresh the water in the pipework, with a comprehensive annual inspection, keeping the access route clear and the stickers clearly visible.

Q5: Is delivery available to Riyadh, Dammam, and all KSA regions?

  • Yes, supply is available across all KSA regions with quantities available for B2B projects and outfitting facilities with several stations.
