- 3M™ Welding Fume Disposable Respirators offer lightweight, hygienic FFP2 protection with an activated carbon filter layer, a flame-retardant outer shell and clog-resistant layers. Our respirators have a low-profile design for compatibility with welding shields and helmets, and feature a 3M™ Cool Flow™ Valve to help improve breathing comfort.
- Description:
- 3M™ Particulate Respirator 8247, R95, with Nuisance Level Organic Vapor Relief
- Stay protected against dust, mist, metal fumes and ozone with 3M™ Welding Fume Disposable Respirators. Our respirators give you FFP2 (NPF 12) protection, and help provide extended clogging resistance against welding fumes and relief from nuisance odours. Ideal for use on welding applications, they have an activated carbon layer that filters out ozone gas generated by MIG, TIG and ARC welding operations. The 3M™ Cool Flow™ Valve reduces heat build-up and helps to provide comfortable protection in hot and humid conditions. A flame-retardant outer shell helps safeguard against hot welding spatter, and the low-profile design is ideal to use with welding shields and 3M™ Speedglas™ Welding Helmets. Robust and collapse resistant, they conform well to different face shapes and sizes and are specially designed to work well with 3M Eyewear and Hearing Protection products. They have an adjustable braided headband that’s designed to give you a secure yet comfortable fit. The 9928 has a soft inner face seal that’s designed to fit comfortably to different face shapes and sizes, and can be cleaned with 3M™ 105 Face Seal Cleaner for hygienic reuse over more than one work shift.
